Mr. Harutyunyan is actively involved in the day-to-day management of the Company. His main areas of oversight are origination, strategy, finance and GR. Mr. Harutyunyan is also co-founder and Member of the Board of the Ukrainian Association of Renewable Energy. Prior to establishing Rengy Development he co-founded Trust Capital Group in 2004, a corporate finance, advisory and investment entity. He holds a Master’s degree in International Finance, a PhD in Management and an MBA from University of Oxford.
