Expert in energy law, in particular in the area of ​​renewable energy sources.

Maciej advises clients in the energy industry on regulatory matters, restructuring projects, and investments in new generation sources, including acquisitions and the development of renewable energy projects in Poland.

He represents industry associations in parliamentary work on the implementation of legislative packages regarding the construction of energy infrastructure, as well as work on laws, including the Renewable Energy Sources Act and its amendment, and the amendment to the Civil Code (regarding transmission easements).

He advises companies in the infrastructure and municipal sectors, including on issues related to water and sewage management, waste management, and electromobility.

He also has experience in commercial law, corporate restructuring processes, and real estate law.

Author of a number of publications on the energy sector, including a commentary on the Renewable Energy Sources Act, and the infrastructure sector.
