In the invasion of Ukraine, we have seen energy assets targeted with rocket strikes. However the example of A 3.9 MW solar plant in Ukraine's Kharkiv region partly resuming operations after just a week despite suffering damages in a Russian missile attack shows how PV assets may offer increased flexibility and energy security in the face hostile forces.
