Graduate of the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics at the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies in business management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Entrepreneur and manager with over 30 years of practice in the energy and IT sectors. Co-founder and long-time president (2002-2012) of the board of the Polish Power Exchange. Consultant to many companies in the energy sector in Poland, Europe and the USA. Between 2015 and 2019, he created the Gulf Cooperation Council countries’ energy market as director of a project financed by 6 GCC countries in the regional transmission system operator, GCCIA. He has worked for, among others, the National Environmental Protection Agency, Columbus, and NODES – a European flexibility platform. Expert of the Civic Institute and co-author of the Civic Coalition’s energy program. Lecturer at Collegium Civitas and other universities.
