
Javier Flamarique
Javier is a finance professional with more than 12 years’ experience in the area of structured finance, including corporate finance, capital markets, project finance and M&A, having participated in both sides of transactions, investment banks / advisors and sponsors, within various energy and infrastructure sectors globally.
Having worked for commercial banks such as BNP Paribas, development banks such as European Investment Bank (EIB) and Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and for energy and infrastructure companies such as Ferrovial, Enagas and Ib Vogt, Javier has experience in leading the closing of complex structure finance deals globally for a wide range type of assets, including in the renewables space (wind, solar PV and CSP), transportation infrastructure (highways, airports, ports), energy infrastructure (electricity transmission lines, gas pipes, regasification plants), and PPPs (hospitals, prisons, police stations), among others.
Javier holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from ICAI Engineering School (Comillas University) in Madrid, Spain. Including graduate programs in EPF Ecole d’Ingenieurs in Paris, France and University of San Diego in California, USA.
