Lukasz Witkowski

Active in the renewable energy industry since 2007 with broad knowledge and experience in the electrical power sector. Began his career at Siemens Gamesa as a Project Manager, leading and developing wind farm projects, later at Nordex Acciona as a Technical Sales Manager, moving to EDP Renewables to take on the role of Director of the Project Management and Environmental Department where he was responsible for wind and solar projects. Currently, he’s the Managing Director of Better Energy Poland, overseeing a 500 MW portfolio of solar parks in the operational and construction phase along with a 4000 MW development pipeline, and is the Deputy President of the Polish Photovoltaics Association. A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology with a Master’s Degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, he also holds an MBA in engineering from Kozminski University.
