Michal Glowacki

Manager in the RES sector, with many years of experience in managing teams and projects in the field of green energy. He has been present in the industry since the very beginning of the development of renewable energy technologies in Poland. He has more than 16 years of experience in this market segment. For 11 years he coordinated projects within the structures of the German wind turbine manufacturer Nordex. For 3 years he gained experience in the RES segment at a Polish developer, GEO. Since 2020, he has managed the Polish branch of Lightsource bp, strengthening the company’s position in the CEE region.

He is a graduate of the Stanisław Staszic University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland, majoring in: Electrical Engineering, specializing in Industrial Power Engineering. He completed his MBA at the Leon Koźmiński Academy, participating in the MBA for Engineers program.
