Artur Wronkowski

Artur Wronkowski is one of the most experienced financial and transactional advisors in Poland in the area of renewable energy.  He is the founder and Managing Partner of A-RES, the first Polish boutique specializing in financial and transactional advisory for renewables and energy transition.

He has more than 10 years of professional experience, including >8 years at „Big 4”, and before that 2 years working with startups and SMEs. He was Manager and then Vice Director in the renewable energy and infrastructure team. During this time he completed dozens of M&A transactions and bank financing acquisition in RES for projects >1 GW. He carried out projects for international infrastructural funds and strategic investors. Previously, he implemented many projects in the area of conventional energy, infrastructure (including PPP), real estate, industry, manufacturing companies, chemical industry or new technologies.
